Shipping Options

Cost of shipping will be calculated at time of checkout and will be based on location and weight.

Standard Delivery:
For standard delivery you can usually expect delivery within 6-10 business days from your order date (business days are Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays). You’ll receive an email with tracking information when your order is shipped. Please allow up to 5 business days to receive your tracking information. Some items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and will ship separate from the remainder of your order. The shipping charge includes labor and material costs, packaging and processing fees, and it may exceed the actual cost paid by NOEL'S to its carrier to send the item(s) to you. Sales tax may be assessed on the shipping charge in certain states, where applicable.

Product Availability:
Orders are accepted with the understanding that stock is available. In some cases, limited availability may prevent us from shipping the quantity you requested, but we will do our best to fulfill your complete order.  You will receive an email if the status changes on any of the product within your order. Please allow up to 5 business days (Mon-Fri) to receive any status changes.

 

Turnaround Times

There is a 1-3 day processing time. Custom orders may take longer to process depending on size and needs of order.

Please allow some extra time for unforeseen delays. We will make every effort to ensure you receive your package in time but we are not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages which can be affected by the shipping carrier, delivery destination, weather, holidays, or incorrect/incomplete shipping address information.
